Danish Agriculture & Food Council

DAFC represents the broader farming and food industry of Denmark. DAFC conducts research within food safety, animal health and productivity and animal welfare, and is involved in routine surveillance for Salmonella and residues of antimicrobial origin, in the swine sector, and also involved in the evaluation of these programmes.
